This living learning journey, brought to you by the New Paradigm Navigators (NPNs), is built on a single conviction: that real learning is not the accumulation of information but the embodiment of wisdom; that the village is the curriculum; that what you learn from one another — from being genuinely seen, from being held accountable with warmth, from showing up week after week in honest community — is the most important thing this year will teach you.
In the same way that the tree does not learn to become a tree – remembering what it already is, season by season, going deeper before it grows taller – this unique learning journey takes place over four phases or ‘seasons’:
- Phase I: The Shedding · Autumn · October–November
- Phase II: The Planting · Winter · November–February
- Phase III: The Growing · Spring · March–May
- Phase IV: The Blooming · Summer · June
