Victoria Smith Murphy
Victoria Smith-Murphy is an executive coach. She partners with senior leaders and leadership teams who seek to thrive in business whilst honouring personal values, inner authority and collective responsibility.
In 2023, Victoria and her good friend, leadership culture & change expert Rashmi van de Loenhorst, co-founded Leading Deeply, a leadership development collective. Their vision is a world where leaders value and harness the full range of human knowing, cognitive, emotional, somatic, spiritual and interpersonal, in service of a more equitable planet.
Prior to establishing her coaching practice in 2016, Victoria held commercial leadership positions in Sainsbury's and dunnhumby. She is currently studying for an MSc in Consciousness & Spirituality at the Alef Trust and Liverpool John Moores University.
