This five-day immersive training takes place immersed in nature near Barcelona. Participants will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the mind-body connection and unlock new pathways for healing and creative exploration. Throughout the week, you will explore dynamic techniques drawn from Dramatherapy, Expressive Voice Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Breathwork. With over 25 and 15 years of international teaching experience respectively, Jessica and Swan are dedicated to integrating the transformative power of embodied arts, creativity, and imagination into healing work.
