Esoteric Anatomy and Kabbalistic Movement

We will be starting a practice-oriented group on the 29th September which will give an introduction to learning and exploring embodied movements of the Hebrew letters and ventricular breathwork, and you are invited to join us if this aspect of Kabbalistic work resonates with you.
In response to growing interest, Les Lancaster established the Esoteric Anatomy and Kabbalistic Movement Group in January 2021. Over the years, Les has collaborated with others to develop movements that embody the mystical meanings of the Hebrew letters. These movements form a central part of the group’s activities, integrated into rituals and other practices to deepen engagement with mystical traditions.
This work focuses on exploring the movements that embody the mystical meanings of the Hebrew letters, ventricular spaces of the brain and the spinal canal, as well as imaginal kabbalistic practices, offering a disciplined and rigorous approach for those interested in delving deeper.
