Emergent Leadership: A Journey into Conscious and Mystical Leadership

Join Robin Alfred and a cohort of international participants for a four-module, eight-month online programme exploring leadership as a deeply conscious and spiritually aligned practice. Drawing on embodied mystical wisdom and contemporary systems thinking, this learning journey invites participants to engage with the complexities of our times, including climate crisis, collective trauma, AI, and global unrest, through a lens of presence, awareness, and inner alignment.

Through live sessions, small group inquiry, and reflective integration practices, participants are supported in cultivating the awareness, resilience, and clarity needed to lead in uncertain and evolving contexts. The course structure embraces teaching, silence, poetic and artistic reflection, and dialogue, creating space for both personal insight and collective emergence. While the four-module format provides a guiding framework, the content remains responsive to the group field and what unfolds within it.

The programme runs from September 2025 to April 2026, with sessions spaced to allow integration between modules. Participants also receive a bonus session with Kosha Joubert, CEO of the Pocket Project, exploring trauma-informed care on a global scale.
