Dreaming with Non-Speakers into the Future of Connective Technologies

September 8 @ 6:00 pm (BST) - 9:00 pm (BST)

Join the Centre for Liminal Studies and Applied Love Labs for a hybrid online and in-person event to explore what it means to communicate through non-speaking means, and what it can teach about unconditional love, ahead of the release of the much-anticipated Telepathy Tapes movie, based on the viral podcast hit that explored the telepathic worlds of nonspeakers (early 2027, Netflix). This event is a unique opportunity to meet the key figures and enter into deep, meaningful conversation about the role of technologies in reigniting deep interconnectedness, beyond words, and how non-speakers can inform our understanding of collective flourishing in a world so often maligned by competition and separation.

This event marks the beginning of an international alliance between the Centre for Liminal Studies and Applied Love Labs forging research and experiential events that bring people together. With much gratitude to Broughton Sanctuary for their sponsorship of accommodation and hospitality.

We are asking: What can we dream, imagine, create together for a shared future of love and compassion?
