BPS Transpersonal Conference: Personal, Interpersonal, and Transpersonal Connection in a Digital Age
September 4 @ 10:00 am (BST) - September 6 @ 4:00 pm (BST)

The British Psychological Society Transpersonal Section extend a warm invitation to join this year’s edition of their annual conference. As digital technologies continue to reshape how we experience selfhood, relationships, and consciousness, the conference explores questions such as:
- How do AI, social media, immersive environments, and algorithmic systems influence our sense of self and our capacity for authentic connection?
- What are the implications of these technologies for transpersonal experience and spiritual practice?
- How can transpersonal psychology help us understand both the opportunities and challenges of living in an increasingly digital world?
The conference brings together researchers, practitioners, and students for a rich programme of keynote talks, presentations, workshops, and discussions exploring a range of transpersonal themes. Keynote speakers include Alef faculty Dr Lila Moore and Gabriel Borsot Fernandez, alongside an engaging programme of presentations and experiential workshops.
