The Alef Trust Conscious Community Initiative (CCI) is part of our Nurturing the Fields of Change community of practice . This aims to build and nurture a more conscious and inclusive community to help support global change. The initiative includes the cocreation of a global research network which provides project grants to members of our learning community, within an overarching research framework. These projects are envisioned as “cultural fractals” that create resonance and can light the way to more holistic and integrative approaches to education, health, ecology and community.
