What if… imagination has a central role in innovation and social change? We are very excited to welcome Cassandra Vieten as keynote speaker for the Inner Work & Social Change track at the Eurotas Creative Bridges 2024 conference in Oxford, UK, from 4-8 September.
Cassandra is a clinical psychologist, author and director for research at the Arthur C Clark Centre for Human Imagination at the University of California, San Diego – Department of Psychology.
In this short dialogue with track chair Jessica Bockler, PhD, she notes that every social movement is rooted in at least one person asking “I wonder if this could be different? What if…?” How many people were ignited by Martin Luther King’s “I have a dream?” And how deeply has John Lennon’s “Imagine” touched a chord of resonance within so many people?
Cassandra and Jessica will be joined by Phoebe Tickell and Serge Beddington-Behrens for a panel discussion following Cassandra’s keynote on Friday 6th September.
Join us in Oxford or join the conference online. Online participants will have access to keynote presentations and panel discussions (and much more!) as part of an especially curated online programme.
Let’s ignite the power of collective imagination towards a better future together!!
